He will spawn in the guildhouse, wait about 5 minutes, then begin walking out of the city but will likely die to the first hostile he meets. If he is protected, he will walk to just beyond the gate outside the city, and stand on the hill. He will never despawn- only being killed will despawn him. If left unprotected on the hill outside the city, he will be killed by Dragoon M'Nyl (only Dragoon to spawn outside the city). He is one of 4 NPCs to do this: the other 3 are Vrionele, Fieldsurgeon Trom and Shieldbearer Beurd.
This guy spawned at the evil outpost and began to walk along the path out of the old paladin guild. As he was walking along, he saw a cliff golem and decided to attack it. Well, the golem hit him once, 50%, twice, 1%, third time, corpse. Obviously this poor little high elven guard was left behind when the good people were moved from the good outpost, to the new outpost in the Northeastern end of the zone.
