Spawns adds at 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, and 10% (three per wave; can be killed with root/snare, not mezzable and doesn't despawn on death of Nightwing).
In Skyfire Mountains:

Mod change this zone to Skyfire
Nightwing in Skyfire Mountains does not spawn any adds. Travels slowly around the south and east sides of the zone. Can be mezzed easily, but immune to root and charm. Easy solo at level 60 -- just charm a nearby wurm, toss in some buffs and debuffs while they fight, and you win.

If there is another mob in the game with the same name which there is another in Skyfire with the same name, the wiki information above will share the same info. Someone forgot to label it so I went ahead and labeled it.
