You say, 'Hail, Earthcaller Quill'
Earthcaller Quill casts a blessing on you very loudly and says, 'You honor us with your presence, _____. Would you like to speak of the [Council] more?'
You say, 'Council'
Earthcaller Quill grabs a few gems from her bucket and throws them into the sky, where they explode into sparkles that dazzle the nearby burynai. She says excessively loudly, 'The Council are the mighty twelve, who rule over the earth! Some call them The [Rathe]. We recognize their strength in unity and conformity! All hail the Council!'
You say, 'Rathe'
Earthcaller Quill says, 'Yes, I'm sure you've heard of them. They rule the Plane of Earth, wielding the power of mighty [mountains] and gems and earth and squash sarnak without breaking a sweat! They are stronger than even [Brell]!'
You say, 'mountains'
Earthcaller Quill says, 'Is it [true] that The Council once created an entire mountain range on your continent by throwing sarnak armies down from the Plane of Earth? A Human that came through here earlier told me that this is your legend.'
You say, 'true'
Earthcaller Quill says, 'One must have faith to believe, I guess.'
You say, 'Brell'
Earthcaller Quill shifts nervously as a murmur goes up from the other burynai in the camp. She says, 'This has been quite the controversy in the Legion. We have worshiped Brell solely for countless generations... but then we discovered the ancient gems lost in these here ruins, and they taught us the truth! That The Council is the oldest earth god. We can [worship] both!'
You say, 'worship'
Earthcaller Quill says, 'We mostly worship by collecting shiny gems. A Human like you wouldn't understand. It's very complicated and important.'
