Lava Drake Hide Sleeves
Spell: Flaming Sword of Xuzl
These mobs are level 60 (conned even to me at 60 every time), hit for near 560, have about 20k hp, and are Wizard classes (They hit me with Sunstrike, Ice Spear of Solist, and Winds of Gelid to name a few). They have a 15 minute respawn time just like the rest of the non-named in here. They have quite a decent drop rate for spells, however, as in about 2 hours of camping the two nearest the zonein (follow the left wall after the 2nd bridge you cross) we scored Sunstrike, 2 Flaming Sword of Xuzl, Malo, Torpor, Avatar, and quite a few lesser spells, as well as words of torment.
