he spawns in the SW corner.

no bracelet. Dropped for me (all at same time) pearl earring, black pearl, and an opal.
He spawns slightly east of the SW corner and is part of the second circle (and if you don't know what that means, I ain't explainin' it).

Not sure where he spawns, but I saw him on the Wall Parade near the Dreadlands zone. Was solo at the time so didn't try to engage him. I am wondering if left alone, will all the wandering mobs in this zone eventually join the Wall Parade?

Killed him 2 times, first time got emerald and 2 peridots, second time emerald and 2 black pearls...no Bracelet =/
