Indagator Mortem Livianus (click for map image) spawns from PH "a timid indagator mortem" in the northwestern room on each floor of spiral tower due north of the dock.

Popped him multiple time on floor 2 always from the "timid" type PH spot. There is 1 timid mob on each floor but i have not tried spawning him on th 1st or 3rd.
There is a PHer at 3rd floor, loc is : 690, -8, 123

Just look for the ph, there's one on each of the three floors.
First & second floors the ph is in the NW room. Third floor is SW room. Indagator Mortem Livianus can spawn in any of the 3 spots.

doesn't pop on 3rd floor, 1st and 2nd only, that's the only place I've seen the PH

Have spent countless hours camping 3rd floor here- anyone got this guy to pop recently?
