At level 12+ he gives you a quest to find what was lost if you say I am a great sorcerer. No idea what to do though he gave me a hilt or something.

If he hands you a part of a weapon there is a POSSIBILITY that the hermit is important in one of the particle weapon quests -- the warriors have to collect pieces of their weapons to assemble a particle weapon, so maybe this is for the necros or somesuch.

Ummm... I could be wrong, but I was reading up on some of the SK quests for a friend and read something about a visceral? dagger that you get the hilt and have to find 2 blades. Might want to check that out Necros...

The Visceral dagger is part of the quest for Greenmist (The Unholy Khukri of Rile), which is *as far as I have heard* a quest still in development. The Iksar Hermit Gives you a Flaxen Hilt, and tells you "Put inside what once was there" or something like that, but the hilt is not a container, so puting something inside is kinda hard. this item is rotting away in a backpack in the bank right now. I am a 28 SK, he gave me this item at Lv 24ish, but I haven't gotten him to repeat what he said again... When I say "I am a great scorcerer" he says "Greatness is acheved through many deeds, you still have much to do" (again not exactly that). This site says that this quest has not been completed yet, so I am waiting for somone to figure it out.

if it was lvl 61 it would be impossible to kill only a group of 60 cuold kill it

u are pretty dumb because Phara'Dar the black dragon is lvl 70 and there are many lvl 60+ monsters

I don't see how you can measure a mob's level past 63. In which case a level 63 mob would con red to a level 60. As far as I'm concerned, the highest level for an NPC is 63.

People that have hexadecimal programs can check and decode the zones files.. so you know the level..
