I have seen a few con dark blue at level 22 so can go as low as 21. Also came across one that sees invis so for those on progression servers, I'd con as you run through ww just to be safe.

Saw a Scaled Wolf Tracker near the giant outpost in middle of zone. Killed it to see what it dropped. Less than 30 seconds later I am jumped by the Scaled Wolf Elder, who came out of nowhere. Does anybody know if killing the Tracker spawns the Elder, or was it just a coincidence? I tried to repeat it, but can't find the dang Tracker . . .

Was camping the Bandit Lord when he strolled right past me. Only had two loose scales on him, but the Bandit Lord spawned while I was killing him, so things worked out.
Does anyone know if he has a PH or a spawn site? The only other wolf I've seen in WW was a tracker.

This puppy is an animal, not a monster. He was green to me at 32 but I was medding so it attacked me. I cast befriend animal on it while I was helping this warrior camp the Bandit Lord. He took a third of the Bandit Lords health before he got stomped.

conned blue to me at level 23, got one scale as loot

I killed him last night, he was just crusing through the Giant Fort - blue to me at 26th. He dropped to wolf scales and a scaled wolf pelt.

I saw this wolf in the giant fort when i was going to loot my corspe.. he attacked so i grabed my baton off my corspe and started to kill him. but unfortanly a EG jumped the wolf and beat on him and KS my kill. so forth i didnt get to loot him i was lvl 27 and he conned blue

HEHE I saw one of these take down a sapling last night. The odd thing was when the sapling ran from it, it ran right through the giant fort and none of the other giants helped the sapling. Poor guy. I wacked um good and he to only dropped 2 loose scales as well.

Was in the fort trying to regain all my lost xp from a bad trip to Dalnir, and i see this guy eating saplings in one corner of the fort. Dropped him pretty easily, only got 2 loose scales off of him though :\

Is this the creature that drops the scaled wolf hide boots and leggings? I want to get these items and wondered if this creature wanders alone and what level would you have to be if you are a melee type (ranger) to solo him?
