killed him this morning and he dropped a Spectral Pestle. It's NoDrop and used in tradeskills. Anyone have any idea what it's for?

This no drop item is part of the shaman Canni II quest
Technicaly partisans are the lowest possible rank in the Iksar legion so if a partisan got about 25 levels from becoming a specter i wanna become one to. That would be nice Levitate at will and a nice immunity to non magical weapon.
I've said it before but VI should make an item that gives a spectral illusion, they have a skeleton illusion, why not let us (or at least evil peeps as it only fits roleplay for them [particularly necros and SKs as they deal with the dead]) look like spectres? would have practical as well as roleplay value...
