Mortif Risoan [ Banker ]  

He's a banker at -1274, -1055, 3, inside the city walls at the furthest southeast corner. Even though he glowers at me, he'll still allow access to your banked items. I don't know if that holds true if you make him scowl though. You can use Find (Ctrl+F) to locate him.
