Got him to spawn in base of the SE tower, PH appears to be an armed guard.
Pull out alaran by door first, then wait for Hegul/guard to wander near to door then single pull him.
Magic resist is very high, Malo wouldn't take and all magic based nukes just bounced off. Even fire based nukes only hit about 75%.
However, he wasn't dealling out much damage himself, so it was a stress free fight.

Location: SW tower, lower level. As you zone in (or evac as DRU), levitate and go into the lower tower on the left as you face the castle.
Highly Magic resistant.

BTW. This guy is in the SW tower..... lower level. As you zone in (or evac as DRU), levitate and go into the lower tower on the left as you face the castle. You can pull him outside. Don't try to attack him inside or you will get 4 adds.
