Dropped this guy three times last night. Kilos wrists,kolos head , sword , cloak.
Camped him for his sword, goes par with UF raid weapons. Pretty nice stuff.
He has alot of hps, his ae is weak to a lvl 90 ranger max Discord D and the fight was straight forward after ae was controlled. He also has a single target rampage, a magician pet help with this. Good luck

Dropped feet yesterday. Like HoT, it appears that any named can drop all visible armor pieces. Some are just more common than others on namers.
he can spawn by any of those type of mobs. i seen him spawn at klar area. and also near braxi keeper area and also the wondering mobs near zone in. most common place i seen him at is near klar.

I can confirm this he poped for me at the Klar camp.
casts Hunter's Arrow .. which is a 50K DD and a 4 second stun.

Not sure what spell he was casting but it hit my group the item speech was "You have been hit with a precise shot." Did 29500 damage.
