The Bane of Argath spawns on the middle landing of the ramp leading out of the lower pit to the arms (ramp base is south of the forge entrance). There are two spawns on this ramp: "a wind archer" and "a plated berserker". The plated berserker is the single known placeholder.

Was here killing for rustic pieces to gear a heroic alt and just found this guy by accident. He actually dropped the Rustic Armwraps I've been searching for and the belt. Don't know if anyone is still updating loot for mobs this old but he does drop the Armwraps!
obviously someones killed this to get some loot listed , where abouts does one find the Bane of Argath lurking?

He spawns on the middle landing of the ramp leading out of the lower pit to the arms, near the entrance to the furnace. There are two spawns on that ramp - a wind archer and a plated berserker (the PHer).

He's a pain being a single PH, and his claws drop about 75% of the time, with the slot 3 belt probably in the low 5% of the time. It also appears almost like the spawn rate has fallen off a little, but I might just be unlucky.
