Entwining Tendrils although not nearly as often as the lifetap.
The Distraught Heap has been my most difficult mob to kill in the Grounds for my HA list because there is only one PH and it's slow spawn time,

Spawns roughly at 668 -2442 in The Grounds. This is on the northern side of the Bone Golem field. A petulant heap is the PH. Almost directly west of the forlorn bone golem (another PH)

10 hours later just got it to pop off the south petulant heap for a first time kill..never seen off north yet.
