The PHs for Deformed Firebug are the various 'firebug' mobs in the entry area, spread around the giant lava lake.

This guy is pretty easy compared to other namers here. The AE isn't bad and doesn't happen too often.
The shield is definitely the most common drop, followed by the wand, and then the earrings most rarely.
