He dropped the wrist clay for me, and the slot 3 ear.
looking at the map, from the Arth zone in, if you go straight west a long ways, there is a port pad that is just north of that path, close to the west wall. He was in that room by himself, and he would aggro as soon as you entered room; no safe part of room to be in unless your a rogue when he is up.

found him up after a zone reset in one of the hanging chambers. There was named + 4 mephits. the portal nearest the Arth zone line led to the room he was in.
