Radiant spawns inside CT in the maze of tunnels near the wizard port in pyramid.
are there anymore loot's on this thing i would like to own this guy with my 22 beast
Radiant now spawns in the Feerrott on the island with the Tae Ew lizards, close to the entrance to Cazic-Thule. He spawns at the Obelisk at the far North of the island. His placeholder is a Silvered Tae Ew Observer (who drops the Silver Wand).
Radiant is not a caster and an easy kill.

Killed the silver observer lizard dude, but he dropped a warhammer, not a wand...and it's been about 20 minutes and Radiant hasn't spawned. Is there a time for this? does he always spawn or is it random?
Add:
Just after I posted the above, another silvered spawned, so I guess that answers the timing queston. This time, it dropped a rapier. I guess I just keep killing the silvered until I get Radiant.
Add again:
I've now killed about 6 silvered and still no Radiant. I killed the one with the wand once, once he had a warhammer, twice he had a rapier, and once he had nothing but lizard meat. He can also heal himself. I figure I'll come back and do this another day...getting kinda bored just sitting here haha

Today i waas in ferrot see they moved all the residents from ct to ferrot in the last patch and ct is now full of much higher lev mobs 51+.Radiant spawns now ooutside ct iin ferrot aloong the water near a stone piller. he droped today for me a no drop lore wand forget the name ill go check.Anyoone know what this is for it was enc only is it for a quest or just a simple no drop enc wand for nothing at all?

Posted: Sep 25 2001 at 6:09 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Well, to start theis quest i was dion he rod of insidous glamour, i was in the shadow men camp for like 20 hours but thats a different story...... but in those 20 hours 3 gloves drop and i snagged a pair, and let some other ench loot them, being a 35 monk i couldent solo the camp. help came all the time, shadowed rapiers blah blah blah..any ways i was in Lava got the silly gloves off the chic in the gypsy camp and rushed to Cazic, i was running around the maze trying to weakin off the lizzieas to get out, they tend to want to gang on you (easily over powered by a 35 monk with Fbss and a cain) but once low life i had to FD then i saw this dude, mended and got up smacked him and got some agro then turned and FD( this tends to help FD stick) i was on the ground and he waled me for around 150 pnts of damage...) i got up and FD again loosing agro and using mend for it had just poped and then killing him, NO DROP!!!!! killed him 3 times, 3rd time he droped em and all 3 times dropped FS stuff, course i droped them but just to say that he doesnt rarly drop FS..just to clear that up but they are pretty cool gloves, the mask is SWEET! and i like the rod as a toy..) well good hunting to you all

I started into the maze last night, and as I opened the door, there he was. Pulled him to the yard, and me an my wizzie friend made lizzie burgers. Im a 24 gnome necro, and my high elf wizzie friend is 23. He did drop the gloves, but no enchanters were around to loot them.

well i killed him once and he didnt drop my gloves, but hopefully illl find him again and kill him i hope hes not a rare spawn cause i dont plan of spending alot of time one these

He wanders in the maze to the east of the courtyard. Bring friends (esp. a tracker) because you will get adds when you're fighting in there.

No,he doesnt see invis.Rumors are always wrong.I got a DRU invis omw to Cazic.It stayed as zoned and since it was still on I went into the maze,not knowing where I was going,but getting directions from a friend to where he was.Radiant passed me along with like 20 other lizard buddies omw to the spot.I conned him and woulda taken tht greenie out but he had too many friends,I woulda got taken,so I left him alone.HE DOESNT SEE INVIS!

if he was green to you he wasn't gonna aggro you. especially if he is involved in a train you are at the bottom of his list

Yer pointz are well taken ... but da green lizards still aggro Gukal at 43 (so Guk has 20 levels on most of em) AND Gukal used a invis potion and Radiant and every other lizzie in da maze conn'd indifferent. So unless he sometimez getz buff'd by some other lizzie (/shrug) dis little fella CAN'T see invis.

I found this punk in the maze section, the door just to the right when entering the courtyard, he conned WHITE to my level 23 rogue. I managed to pull just him from the maze area. as I ran
this SOB backstabbed me for 140dmg ! Lucky for me I had my sister with me. He cant fight for crap face to face, but just watch your back with this lizard.
PS- I did not see while hidden & sneaking, he conned indifferent. If your using a spell type
inviso, good luck, you got as much chance of being spotted as a fingerwiggler *choke* OFTEN

the radient drops gloves for an enchanter quest. Not sure which but that is what it drops.

Go to the quest section and check the quest list by zone for Temple of Sol. There you find the Incadescent Gloves Quest. CHECK THOSE STATS BABY !!
While you are at it You should check the Incadescent Mask out too, another great one...the Rod and 4th quest (I don't recall the item just now) don't impress me.
Simply walk into TSR and find Sultin (DE) and talk to him, he will guide you through the steps for the quests.

Every time I pass one with my Shadow Knight, my Gather Shadows just quits. Apparently he can see through invivbility spells.
Also I walked past another lizzie the other night down in the AoF chamber and my shadows were dispelled.

He does NOT see invisible - I trailed right behind him invis all the way around the maze for 10 minutes.
Best place I've found to get him is in the entranceway to the Pyramid - he wanders over there, stops for a moment, then goes back into the maze.

Our group was muddling through the maze invisible when the cleric with us was suddenly backstabbed by Radiant. So, yes he does see invis, and appears to be a rogue to boot.

Radiant loots FS very VERY rarely, got a FS rapier of him once in about 6 hours of kililng lizards and him when he cam around

Spent HOURS in the courtyard pulling lizards outta the maze....FS drops are nowhere NEAR very rare....more like 1 in 8. I've seen FS there I've never seen dropped before (daggers,rapiers)

I got the R gloves off Radiant, the G gloves off shadowed men, I got a pair off a gypies lady in Lavastorm and a pair off the ench spell vendor in hph by giving him a bloodstone. Return all 4 to Sultin in Temple of Sol and you get the enchanted gloves. They are Crap! +3 mana (why only 3 omg) +3 STR (str? to carry gold?) +3 AGI (we meelee and need to dodge?) +3 cha (ok wow cha but agian, only 3 for quest armor) ac6

There aren't too many other gloves out there for a mid level enchanter, so don't say they're crap.
Remember that some enchanters rely heavily on charisma, and every little bit helps.

Compare them to say raw silk gloves and these gloves rock, at the lvl range that rule for a chanter. unless of course you have some 50plus friends willing to baby sit you to get better in higher level areas....I dont and dont and would not want that anyway, kinda takes the fun out of the game i think

he drops the radiant gloves which i beleive are no-drop. the glowing gloves
are dropped by shadowed men and are used for incandescent gloves (ENC only) not sure what radiant gloves are for

You Need Four gloves for the Incandescent gloves, this is the other drop (two can basically be bought from NPCs).
