Shade of Tharoff  

Saying "earthly remains" to him will get you the update of "search for a powerful necromancer" in your Idle Hands task. Once you get the update from talking to him he asks for you to retrieve whats left of his body (a hand) which is found in the Kaesora outpost in Field of Scale. His remains are in the building between Emperor Ganak and the Kaesora Hatchery zoneline. The pile of bones is surrounded by a bunch of mobs, which you can either kill to /open the bones, or get someone that doesn't have the Idle Hands task to /open them for you. Once you loot his hand, bring it back to Phara Dar and your done.
