Just seems to wander back and forth around the Nexus Spires in Greater Faydark. Does not respond to hails, but occasionally stops walking as if he's a hand-in NPC of some sort.
Edit: That is, does not respond to hails from a Level 51 Human Wizard, Mithaniel Marr worshipping, indifferent faction.
