Go to the 1st floor.
Looking up at the banners over the doorways, look for "Jade Dragon's Den"
or else look for Merchant Wyn'las sitting outside the doorway. He is NOT on you find list by the way.
And, this is bascially South of the Elevator.
Location: -1572, -1504, -88
Go in, and the PoD is in the first door on the right.
For most people you can make a quick trip to PoK with this PoD.
say "I wish to go" to the PoD and you will be transported to Dranik's Scar.
At Dranik's Scar say "go home" to the Elder Priest of Discord and instead of going back to Crescent Reach you should go to PoK.

In Plane of Knowledge: Found next to the Dwarf Mercenary Liaison.
In Al'Kabor's Nightmare: Cleric; found on the Faydark island under the ruins of Kelethin along with two guards; hits for a max ~7,000.
Can destroy No Destroy items.
