Was minding my own business sneaking around Qeynos with my 26 Dark Elf Rogue and decided to lay some smack down on a sewer rat...

Lo and behold, Lylanthian spawned when I killed the sewer rat freaking me out somewhat... So I start beating on him waiting for other NPCs to join in... No NPCs helped... About 6 guards walked passed during the fight totally oblivious to me smacking this guy.
He dropped a Bead Necklace (standard rubbish loot), Wood Elf Parts (guess he's a wood elf, duh), Long Sword and Axe (Not rusty, not bronze, not fs). This guy must be a real old old mob because most of the mobs that dropped normal weapons without a prefix or rusty, etc were supposed to have been altered to drop the lower value weapons (like fine steel). Other than that, I have no clue what this guy is for.

He attacked my agnostic gnome wiz, had to run for the zone as i'm trying to build faction in Qeynos. I have threatening con to the guards in Gfay (pvp server - ok, I killed a few elves when I was a noob) so the Faydark faction makes sense.

Anybody know the deal with this guy? There's like no info here except his level. He scowled at my gnome necro, which seems to confirm the evil god theory. Has anyone killed him? I'd like to know what faction he's on, and if guards assist him. Also, where exactly does he spawn, because he was standing just inside the SQ zone when I saw him, someone must have trained him there.

Actually that seems to be where he hangs out. Right by the clock. Looks like the sewers are your best bet for getting in now... unless you are friendly with the bards for some reason. I watched him for some time and noticed that he does walk away from time to time but only for a short while.
Also of note, I hailed him several times to make sure this was right, and all he said was, "CBDTezT." No different language, no bad word filtering... nothing. That's what he says when you hail. Bit of an oddball I guess. I'm sure he's hiding some awesome quest or something but oh well. I'm good so I can't waste him and stay that way more than likely.

This guy killed my SHD on sight. He says "your devotion to a false god leaves me no choice", which i enterprit that he KoS's all that worship evil gods.

This NPC is KoS to dark elf clerics, but is not on any regular Kelethin faction. He was indifferent to my druid who is ally to most Kelethin factions.
