Use Expediator III to get to this mob. Good tip: If you see there is a spider spawn in the room with 5 mobs before the T-section going into her room, unless you have an enchanter, leave the instance and get another one. Bard puller will get snared and die, you won't clear fast enough with an FD puller.
Best scenario is after clearing this room, there are no see invis mobs in the hallway going into her room. Once you make it into her room, just stay there and keep the area cleared and farm the spawn. This is not a safe area since see invis mobs spawn frequently around here.

Spider spawns at pos 191, pos 144, neg 199
Take the elevator up from the second floor (the Mark III ground spawn is at the top of this elevator)
Go up the ramps (some see invis) until you get to a large room with a ton of mobs.
Find the door at the end of this room that takes you into a hallway. I consider this hallway a yucky part of the zone as for me it looks a little misleading and I want to make a left instead of a right at the T.
I would describe the spawn point of the spider as this yucky part on the third floor that one can get lost in if they make a left instead of a right at the T heading to the big turbine room.
It's in that little dead end room if you do make that left instead of the right.
The PH for the spider will not spawn unless you kill a number of mobs in the zone which I am not sure how many. There are two roamers that path into the room with the PH or spider. There are several others that stop and peak in the room that can make the hallway mobs add to the fight.
