spawns one add, a little golem called "a living flame" dk blue to lvl 80. It's mezzable with the spell mystify. Also, it appears that it is on the same aggro list as Searzar. he insta-summoned me when i mezzed his little add.

This post is correct. Run raids on this golem ten or more times and every time 1 small golem called 'a living flame' spawned near the bottom of the steps of the pool.

True. However, it can despawn as well. So depending on your "timing" you can under various scenarios engage Searzar without the little (LB @85)a living flame being present.
