FYI this guy does see invis and roams within aggro range of the "safe spot" that the gyrospire relocation device teleports you to on the roof of beza. When teleporting there be wary as I've had more than one occasion where I teleported up there only to be immediately jumped by this guy and a friend he brought with him.

Captain Gearmost drops the same thing as any trash in zone does he is in the instance for beza #5 he will not drop any of the armor pieces we got a clockwork gnome bolt off him
I've submitted a picture of a "Commander Gearmost" and someone else has submitted a picture of "Captain Gearmost." I believe these are two DIFFERENT mobs.
This could explain why you have people reporting BOTH boots and helms dropping from Gearmost.
I found Commander Gearmost in the NON-instanced version of Beza, on the very top floor (the roof you might say) and he dropped a Scratched Hide Cowl.
I'd suggest you seperate these posts and create 2 seperate mob entries.

The picture says his name is Captain Gearmost, not Commander Gearmost.

Although the named was changed, I did find a "Commander Gearmost" in Beza (very top floor) on a patch day, and am adding a screenshot.

Dropped a Gearmost Core for us yesterday. 80 HP/Mana aug Also, this clown has a ridiculous aggro radius. Its almost Line of Sight tbh
