I can confirm he spawns in the room right before the room Engineer Gyrzim is in. After many hours I got him too spawn. Of course he spawned the next round, dropped aug first time glossy boots next. He seems too be on different aggro then other mobs in room. I pulled static mob at top of ramp and both times he aggro'd out of room. So be ready for him too come if you pull any mob in the hall in front of room. No other mobs came with him though. So I don't know if it was because of where he was in room, or what.
