In the main building in the center of the zone, go down to the basement. There's a teleporter in the middle of the basement that will port you into the room he's in.

How do you get to the guy? Do you have to do the portal tasks to get to him
tryed to get into mission but he sayed i needed to talk to Historian Divinicus
went and bought the first 4 book things read them came back and said

This guy spoke with my lowly level 60 necromancer. He asked for plants grown by the kedge, in fair quantites, particularly underweed and algaenum. Neither of these items are in the Allakhazam data base. Maybe I should put my ranger to work. He also wants some documents left behind by Combine Empire squires. But no quest box was given, nor did he say she had bad breath or that kind of thing. She has apprehensive faction with him atm. I'll let you hard core questers figure out what to do from here. Does this have anything to do with the Tsaph Katta's Urn of Rejuvination quest? Maybe he is just saying this as fluff to add some spice for the story regarding poor old Tsaph. As an aside, I wonder why Lcea is not at Tsaph's side? I can get there from Katta Castelum, she should be able to do so also.
