Dusty Elementalbone Skeleton  

Hello All:
just killed this mob this morning and looted the Sebilite Chain Arms off the Dusty Elementalbone Skeleton. Post states these are rare drop if this is true i just got it then.... :)

Has got to be a pretty rare spawn. Have killed 7 placeholder's and no named yet. The spawn time on them is rather fast. (About 5-10 minutes, roughly, haven't timed it accurately)

And yes, the previous post is very accurate on location, ph'er, and pathing. Hoping drops too. :]

He spawns inside of Emperor Chottal's room and paths outside (does not open the door, walks through it) and then paths back into the room again. His placeholder is "elementalbone skeleton" and he definitely spawns a little faster than any other skeleton in the room.
