Greaves of the Haunted
Haunted Stone Earring
Appears to wander hallway inside the ground floor of the estate. We took him down twice last night in the course of an hour or so camping there.
He paused at the main door both times we saw him in the hall, so if you're alone in the zone you can probably just camp one of the mummy/skelly nooks near the entrance and see him when he wanders up to the front door.

He spawns to left of the front doors when you come in, just in front of the corner alcove. Then he starts wandering.
Just took on Ghoul Basher with my level 17 Necro. He went down like a paper doll. Dropped the earring.
