Found him at minus 929 minus 1184 just now after way too many hours. Gave up on killing satyrs only and went back to cleaning out the valley. That's just in front of Peretaenu (sp)
In the Minohten camp there are 2 roaming none named, they roam from the 2 guards near the cave entrance around the camp and past tents, both mobs are PHs for Ghita and Anghel.
The 4 mobs near the bonfire are to my knowledge not PHs but cannot confirm this. Killed them several times, but never saw either of them spawn here.
Respawn time is 60 minutes.

Any info on how to spawn this guy. I dont see him in the camp and been killing everyone for a hour or two now and nothing.

According to a post under the H2H wep that he drops, this guy pops around the campfire. His placeholders are some of the folks that are normally there. This is probably an undeclared test of patience for monks who want the H2H wep. Spawn time for the celebrants that are near the fire is close to an hour. And he does not pop after one PH is killed. Sigh. Patience is a virtue, but a monk that slaughters innocent Minhoten celebrants is NOT virtuous! I want him NOW!!!
P.S. Reread the other post. PHs are the roamers that wander near the fire. Going to test this for myself now...that's right, right now!!!

Does anyone have any info on spawn location.
Spawns at the mino camp that is next to the ooze cave.
