Rhuk L'Vere says, "Yes, use this as bait to lure him out. If you manage to find him, be wary! I never did find out what happened to the last fool-hardy soul I sent down there... In any case, bring me back the choicest portion of the beast and you will be dually rewarded."
You have been assigned the task, "Earthy Extermination III"
You are given an Item called Bait from Rhuk L'Vere (Lore, No Trade, All/All, Weight 2.5).
TASK STEPS:
1) Enter the Vergalid Mines
2) Find the Flooded Caves
3) Lure Vrgalak out of his lair
4) Slay Vergalak, terror of these Depths!
5) Loot 1 Filet of Vergalak from Vergalak
6) Deliver 1 Filet of Vergalak ro Rhuk L'Vere
NOTE: Step 4 is accomplished by going to the "damn" area (before the drop off) and placing the Bait from Rhuk L'Vere on your cursor.
NOTE: Despite the lore (text), Vergalak is not a turtle, he is a mephit.
Reward choices are:
Razorglass Keepsake or a Skythresh Earring (both are listed on Alla).

After yiou finish the first task... he will give you a 2nd task if you follow along.
It is called Earthy Exterminations.
1) Enter the Vergalid Mines
2) Find the Flooded Caves
3) Hunt for eight Bonesnappers
4) Get (aka loot) four Bonesnapper Eggs
5) Hand over the four Bonesnapper Eggs
No reward, it just opens up the 3rd task, Earthy Exermination III.
Chat lines are:

Rhuk L`vere says "I thabk you for allowing me to keep my stocks up with the demand of the many adventurers passing through here. I've even made enough coin to further my ambitions to offer a variety of goods for sale. Might I further request your {services}?

Rhuk L`vere says "To diversify the types of products I can offer, I would like you to return to the mines for the rare and fragile {Bonesnapper eggs}. The magical properties found in the meat seem to be doubled in the very eggs of the creatures."

Rhuk L`vere says "Yes, fetch me eggs! I have a very unique batter to experiment with and perhaps you will benefit from it. And with enough eggs, I can may be able to start a Bonesapper ranch of sorts. That should increase my profits significantly. Hah!

First to complete his quests on Saryrn Server.
Gives a set of three quests in Vergalid mines, you need to collect and kill the turtles eggs and meat in the mines. Then you need to kill a named, you are then given an option of two different rewards offered me a range item and an earring both were crap to my level and the time to do them.
