a Wraithguard master of arms "was" the lvl 80 quest target (5) from Franklin Teek as of May 18th but was changed on May 19th to Direwind Cliffs (5) Darkroots on a rotating basis.

oops Direwind Cliffs is the lvl 75 Hot Zone killing Darkroot Warriors as 5/20/16, not lvl 80 which is in Fortress Mechanotus killing 5 consecrants. sorry for the confusion and duplicate post.
