Yeti Fur-Lined Sleevesi'm 99% sure 'a mountain giant lord' is a placeholder for 'a mountain giant patriarch', which is a mob in the Warrior Epic 1.0. I've been clearing the fort that the giant lord spawns at for about an hour or two straight now, and it's either the patriarch or the lord that spawns, never together.
Just food for thought.

Running through Dreadlands away from Gorenaire i agro her ..... opps ... anyways i faded from her when far enough away and then ran across "A Mountain Giant Lord" ... after killing him he dropped the Yeti Fur-Lined Sleeves.
