i'm in MT killing all the guards except the level 50 ones and he cons dblue to lblue depending on time of day so i would say 20-25 not 30

What are you talkin about on Vallon Zek I have been camping the wall for two level and have only died when I have not been able to pay some little halfling to draw one or two out to break up the spawn...

As I was traveling through Misty Thicket one day on my way to Rivervale, I noticed that a few of the guards were con'ing yellow to blue. Being a good Quellious monk, I knew these men were here for the protection of the young halflings, but an evil voice told me to give it a try.
As a 28th season monk, I had some trouble with Deputy Felp, having to feign/bandage a couple of times, but I eventually killed him.
His loot consisted of a spear (fetched 9pp + change), a shield (1pp), a squad ring (loot version), a Lore silver ring, and a few silver (must not pay the deputies well).
Even though I took a faction hit with the guards, I'm still amiable to them. Must be all those gobbos I killed when I was younger.

p.s - Spawn time was about 36 minutes, so not really worth camping at my level.

I soled deputy felp alone at level 22 with my druid. snare and dd till oom then run med run med and when snare comes off snare again the casut dot and run med snare dot till he tries to run from you the dd him again.

ive seen people kill him but they almost alwaysend up with a half quarter of hp even at lvl 30-50
