Mob graveyard for this one, too. This mob was part of the Vulak ring event (while it existed). The ring event was disabled with EQ's 7th anniversary when Velious first went Fabled.

This mob is shown in a picture taken on or prior to April 4, 2006 on the site listed below. In that picture, he is dark blue to whoever had him targeted. This mob could not have been level 75 and DB at that time to any player. I would guess that this mob is level 60 to 69 and based on the scenery is located in the north part of the north wing of TOV. What loot did he have?
