I am curious to know what in this zone summons or if it is JUST the supply runners that do not

I was doing the "Shopkeeper's Delight" task today in the level 70 goblin rogue shroud and noticed that these guys see through sneak/hide.
I got the message about believeing they could see me when I /conned them.

When i did this mission a few times i got caught. The aggro radius is short though when stealing the chests. Like 30ft maybe.
When i aggroed, i just ran to opposite side of room and self evaced.

Goblin shroud is not the same as SoS. Also, sneak is working even though you get that message but wont work if you stand in front.

Side note: Mob is non-kos unless you attack or loot chests for "A Shopkeeper's Delight" task.
