I've killed this guy over 100 times no augs to this date. Sounds like ******** to me. Someone plz correct me if wrong.
Even if it DOES drop, I agree with Tuemar, bullshot.
It's so rare as to not be worth your time, I'd totally forget this aug.
You're better off questing an aug you're sure to eventually get.
Augs in Arcstone are some of the rarest drops I've ever seen, even the more common ones like Amethyst Shard of Relic. I know a raid-geared 85 that pharmed up there for about a week pulling dozens at a time and she never saw one of THESE.
Zonewide rares?
I'd say more like Ultra Rare,
or Double Secret Probation Rare.
Not worth the time or heartache.

They're zonewide rares. Anything in the zone can drop them, but does so extremely rarely.
