I'll ask the traditional question, since I just went to Arcstone recently for the first time and saw this thing. Why is it here? Is it just decoration? It's yellow to my 57 druid so I'd rather not see if it reacts when attacked.

I hailed the guys next to it but they don't seem to mention it at all.

I dont think this thing is level 70. It is dark blue to a 67.
