1 November 2006 He's working now! Bottom of the Twin Broken stairs inbetween them, loc -555, -175, -55.84
Sat thru about 5 spawns of the mobs around the stairs. Not working on Quellious either. Sent /bug

Camped him with my warrior, then my druid for tracking, He is not working right!
He isn't in befallen. Waited through several spawns there between the stairs and he never showed. This is a good reason why it shouldn't be delayed and cut short.

He's not spawning or they moved him /shrug.

If anyone has info on were this guys has been move or if he is just not spawning please post

Having read that he spawned on the bottom floor, I dropped down through the traps in the floors to get to the lowest level, then discovered I couldn't open the door to get to where he actually was. As an enchanter, I used gnome illusion to see through the locked door, then used the "cycle through nearest npcs" key to target him (/tar Wraps didn't work from that distance). I said "trick or treat" and got the candy, then gated out. Hope this helps anyone else trying to get to him.

Normal Befallen 19 min spawn time. However, several can hail him with Trick or Treat before he despawns to "Restockk".
