He is on a 1 hour timer. Located in the northwest corner of the oval building inside the fort. the 2 other mobs in the room added each time I pulled. I evac'd, came back and attacked again and he got no adds. This happened every time I attacked him or his PH. If you turn an "L" clockwise 180 degrees, that's what the area he is in looks like. he is in the littke cubby part in the back.

Dark Blue to a 68, so less than 71 by a lot. He was a shaman.

PH is a nobleborn shiliskin in the oval building in the NE corner of zone. (loc 551, -760, 63).
