The adds (I believe they are called Krakling and look like little squid) hit pretty hard. They hit one of our chanters for 1424, miss, 2045, 1967, 493, 957, miss 492, 1890, 1268, 1657. Bliss works just fine on the adds. As well as Bliss of the Nihil. Max extended camera angle worked well for viewing the adds to mezz them. It's not what I'm used to, but it worked well in this situation. They seem to spawn about 4 at a time, and may spawn about once (four of them) every 60-90 seconds or so. We had a fair number of resists trying to mezz the adds. Plus, we had problems with our chanters being hit by the ae blind, and not being able to see anything. So I recommend having knights attempt to gain agro and no damage tank the adds while chanters (and whomever else is not smacking the boss) first tash/debuff and then chanters/bards attempt to mezz them. Yes, they do despawn after a couple minutes or so. (They stay around longer than 9 or 10 ticks.) While bliss of the nihil is a possibility, they seemed to spawn and head directily for someone, often a cleric. This produced a situation where they were often spread out too much for targeted ae mezz. However, during the fight, I did use botn once and caught 3 of them. At one point, we probably had 8 or 10 adds up at once.

war 13.8k unbuff 2800ac, 35shield 40 avoid, hardest hit was 1809,
most hits for 400-1k range, with defensive in the 300-600 range for the most part
we had 22 people, 18 were coa/+ geared,
he died very fast with 3 coa wizards and a magi
the adds were resistant to less geared enchanters
he spawns out in the water soyth of the spawngnome, you can levi out to him as a raid, and all dive inthe water, u can approach and engage easily , he has very low agro radius, when tanking look down and he wont move to much, keep the raid close together , to help with healing and targeting, have mezzers ready for the 4 adds that spawn, or offtanks and/or kiters, to keep off the healers, they arent to tough, but can interrupt a heal, we killed him before my defensive dropped, but started fight for 1 min without using it,
pop infusion and u will resits most of his aoe and blinds, got hit with 1 blind early, which could of been very bad if agro was not set, so if tanking get good agro before assist call, for fear of early blind and loss of agro for 25 sec

Tried this mob for the first time today, not much info prior to fight. Mob does have an AE blind, AE knockback, some kind of snare, "your legs are boud by a withiring tentacle. You have taken 2225 points of damage". Due to the above AE's listed, beleive they are not single target.
Spanws multiple adds during the fight, highest hit i saw was 2.1k from an add. Decent ammount of HP on mob.
Fight didn't last more than 5-7 minutes. About 32 people in raid mostly Tacvi/Txevu geared.
