Max it on me 70 Ranger 650 or so. He summons but does alot of casting while he has mana so best to do as much damage as possible while he stands around to cast.

It got tougher after he was out of mana as of course he kept coming after me then. Snarable. I resisted most of his spells.

This mob, goblin model, spawns inside the main temple area. When heading into the temple you go left at the T Section and follow hall around to the end. At the end there is a door near your left which opens into a room with a room either side and a corridor ahead. The Corridor opens into a single long room. The Named or PH spawns at the far end on a dias. I didnt see the PH name as named was up. Today he dropped a Dragon Figurine. stats as follows
