West side wing, first large room you come to. It has a row of table looking tings down the middle with a mob behind each one facing the way you are coming. He will always be the mob at the last table on the left near the giant tube thing at the end of the room. Common mob spawns about every other pop, necklace is common blunt is RARE.

I do not have the numerical location for this mob/PH but.. enter the zone from the first north tunnel in Lavaspinners. Go north past the area with the flying drakes. You will enter a large room with a lowered sections of basilisks. Take the left hall and head west until you reach a room with four tables with mobs behind them. The named/PH pops behind the table to the furthest right. The mobs are spaced so that they all assist eachother, often including a wonderer and the two mobs at the far right of the room.

A powerful group/solo/duo will be required OR FD pulling/pacificaiton etc. When I went the PH was up and the named popped in the first clearing weilding the wand. The second pop was again the named, this time with the earring. I would not count on a 2/2 pop rate by any means and certainly not a 1/2 drop rate on the wand. I for once was just very lucky.

My level 56 shaman with 222 buffed dex and 190's 1hb was seeing anywhere from 2-6 procs per 2 minute fight in PoV vs the golems. On these mobs the resist rate was about 10-15% so it can add a nice chunk of damage. I imagine if one were to Malo or otherwise fire resist debuff it would not resist often at all.
