He still pops but spawn time has changed to 15:45

Not level 65, was yellow to 58 ranger, so level 59 or more likely 60. Dropped Bow of the Heartseeker. I have sent in screenshot.

Definately the PH. spawn time seems to be 0:19:45 Came in after patch and Guard Nobunaga was up in spot. dropped helm but I am after bow. Of coarse "Murphy's Law". popped twice so far today still dropped helm
Safe camp in hallway. 2nd spawn close to him will add within 20 seconds...if left alone will move off stair platform. But usually adds just as you kill PH.
Will edit how many PH were killed if on continuously.

This definately the PH? cuz ive killed it over 20 times without Guard Nobunaga showing up... maybe rare spawn?
