Just dropped him with my 38 Zerker, DB, hit me max around 200 with little less than 700 AC, had about 1850 hp on me and he ate it pretty fast. Can't snare, Can't stun... Fabled JBoots let me kite him around with throwing axes... WOOWOO soloed fable with 38 zerker!
Would say that it would be maybe 35 but is WAY under con...

after an hour and 20 minutes he spawned before the original bandit lord dropped the bracer too.
