Jadewing  

As of today a normal level 72 geard wizzy can solo this.

Jadewing is a regular small dragonette that has a PH in that back room of hers. She spawns pretty regularly. I noticed that her spawn timer is the same as the rest of them because she was up on three consecutive clearings of the area and she popped in the correct order from when I cleared the previous rotation. She has some magic resistance but my bard slow landed on like the 2nd attempt. She mostly melees but I think I remember her casting some spells also. She was a little tougher than the rest of the surrounding mobs but nothing too difficult for 1 grp. The mobs around her all pacify fine and she is pretty ez to single pull since she flys by the door where you pull from that room with 1 single sentinel in it. A couple times I was impatient and just pulled her with adds and we jus mezzed the adds till she was killd then finished off the rest of the mobs. Oh, and FYI the laborers do spawn in her area if you are doing the kill the dozen laborers quest but they are less often of a spawn than just inside the zone-in so you might be there a little while.
We were at Jadewings camp for about an hour and half and killed her three times. Once she dropped the +20HP aug and two times the mask. I would say that she shows up or her PH pops about evenly 50-50.
