Spawned today near -442, -242, 8 in front of the other tiny building. This was on Aradune TLP, with OOW the latest expac.
Spawned for me at -469, -263, 6.
Confirmed it can also spawn inside the "middle" building at -315 -623. Yelinak server, Secrets of Faydwer era.
Spawned at little horseshoe shaped (on map) building just west of ferubi zoneline.
Can also spawn at the hut with 2 Ra`Tuks just in front of Ferubi zoneline.

Spawned at -315.1, -617.89 in the little hut outside of ferubi. Place holder is a ra'tuk screambringer, head is used for "help kaying escape" quest
