Wow, rather a late update here :) We just now really got into LDON's so let me add my 2cp worth.
This is like a box or barrel in the dungeons. Most are trapped so have them checked out. I only know the cursed ones as that's what a cleric may work upon.
The cursed ones I've worked on have usually been cursed, trapped and locked. So I use the Iony's Greater Augury for removing the curse. Then if its trapped, I use Iony's Greater Exorcism to remove the trap. Then if the item is locked, I use Iony's Greater Cleansing to pick the lock. Then just /open and enjoy any goodies you might find inside.
