No one has posted on this in 8 years but just in case anyone reads all the comments below... she is now about a ~10 - 15 min repop once she despawns upon handing in whatever trigger item you have (I was doing BST 1.5). I was about to port out and then *poof* there she is... so, do NOT think you have to wait long. She will come back quickly.
what the hell is it with them and handing in an item and making the mob despawn? I know I'm stating the obvious that others have as well, it's just kinda frustrating....

Didn't see any info on when she respawns after killing Dischordling Dark Animalist. We just took down DDA and I was wondering if it's going to take the full 2 hours for her to respawn. I'm fairly certain that no one will answer this b4 she does if it takes the 2 hours so will edit when she does spawn.
We just took down DDA and I was wondering how long it is going to take her to respawn after the fight so I can turn in my totem. I hpe it's not gonna take 2 hours.. I want my epic :D
Just finished mine this evening... had another beast show up just as I was doing turn in. So they had to come back in 2hrs... started my turn in 2hrs later but kept trade window up and spammed hails. Other beast done her turn in and I was able to do mine as well... she got DDA spawn and I got wrapped totem.. It despawned shortly after even with the hails but this might help if you need to do a turn in and someone else wants to spawn.

same thing happened to me, hailed her, killed dda (though he did pop in wrong spot, popped north of his normal room) and then when i ran back to do turn in of totem, erana was gone >.<

Ok i sat hailing her for over an hour tonight, then we took a 40 min break to kill velit while guild waited for more to get on. Went back to check her and she was already gone. Dunno how long hailin her keeps hger up sorry :(
MY 2cp.. This should be a bug.. Once you finally get her up and do the kill she despawns again.. I'm sitting there waiting on her to repop for the 2nd turn in.. I did the first turn in to spawn the epic fight right when she first pop'd up.. we did the fight.. 20 min's later she's gone..WTF is up with that.. well at least i'm done except for the last two turn ins.. gl to all bsts
This mob can be kept up while your raid gathers by hails. I have used this method to hold her up x2 now. But she only talks to bsties at or past this point.. so hail away!

Last night, I kept Erana up hailing her for about 1 hour and 15 minutes with constant hailing, while my raid "quickly" jetted over to Dragon Necropolis to take care of a bard epic mob. That same bard was instrumental (!) in pulling the Discordling Dark Animist. I never stopped hailing...fortunately, I had something to read.
I had a broadband connection, my finger and arm were numb at the end of it, but we took the DDA down. Many thanks to Clan of the Roc and Sylver Gryphon Brotherhood on the Bristlebane server for all their fine support throughout my quest.

Wish i had of read this first.... waiting for her to repop now
Like Yerika Sisslak in Dranik's Scar, this mob will despawn itself and respawn some time later. As some of you will find out, this is really, really annoying. Get the whole raid all set up only to have the stupid turn in npc poof. 2 hours later when the npc respawns everyone is out doing something else or logged and you've lost your opportunity to complete your epic for that day.

This NPC is for turning in the cloak to spawn the final mob for the Beast epic 1.5.
