he is located in a small tunnel/cave built into the hillside behind Tiorpat Tornwing's location/statue in central area of zone.
Zone in from BF and run straight out of tunnel which will lead you to Tornwing's statue. See above from there.

Found out last night that Natvil is part of the cleric epic 1.5. Natvil is right across from Jurrock.

Natvil is at appx +977 -298 in a small cave in Ruined City of Dranik, same area as one of it's instanced zone starts.
