Galgond is correct.
Cannot confirm it but my understanding is you give each portal crystal one Icy Crystal, should be 4 total, in order to spawn a raid encounter with Tarn Icewind.

Not the port in for Anguish, thats in the NW side of the zone.

Atempted attacking the portal and its shards, Not able to be engaged.

Anyone have a clue what this is ? It's also surrounded by smaller mobs(?) "a portal crystal", indiff and even con to 70. found on east side of Dragorn castle in middle of WoS.

Not really sure what the purpose is,but i have walked thru it without any harm to me.I never tried attacking it though..........Something SOE is planning i guess.....
